Making a booking constitutes acceptance of these policies, including the cancellation policy:

All prices include VAT and all other local taxes.

For all reservations, full payment is required.

No booking or credit card fees.

You are responsible for arriving on time at the notified meeting point or at your hotel's entrance when pick up is provided.

 We reserve the right to refuse to take anyone who appears to be under the influence of drugs or alcohol.

Trip details and contact information will be sent to you via email, after we confirm your reservation, for your convenience.

No food or drinks are allowed on board, except water.

Children are considered passengers. If under 7 years old or less than 1.35m, you must notify us, so that the vehicle can be equipped with the mandatory approved seats. ( supplied by the client ). 

For all trips, hygiene safety standards for passengers, employees and vehicles will be complied in accordance with the law of Portugal and the Clean and safe Certification.

In the event of a dispute, you can submit your complaint through the Electronic complaint book. For any clarification or information, you can always get in touch with us.

Cancellation policy

The following cancellation policy applies:

For a 90% refund, you must cancel at least 4 full days before the experience's start time. ( you always be charged 10% fee in case you decide to cancel a Tour ) 

If you cancel less than 3 full days before the experience's start time, the amount you paid will not be refunded.

Any changes made less than 3 full days before the experience's start time will not be accepted.

Refund is done using the same payment method.

We can cancel the activity if weather conditions, official measures, strikes or other unforeseeable or unavoidable external conditions make the execution of the activity impossible, more difficult or endanger it. In this case, the paid price is refunded or an alternative is given.
